Subsidiaries

Capital

BSF Capital, the Bank’s investment arm, was launched in 2008 and offers asset management, investment banking, and advisory services. Operating under the Capital Market Authority, it serves both institutional and high-net-worth clients with sukuk issuance, IPO advisory, and discretionary portfolios. In addition, BSF Capital provides brokerage services for equity and financial instruments listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange, and supports retail and institutional investors with real-time trading, research, and regulatory-compliant operations.

JB formerly known as Saudi Fransi for Finance Leasing, offers a range of financial solutions including car financing and personal finance loans. It is a digitally focused financing company launched in Saudi Arabia, providing convenient and flexible financing options.
