• Sending an email at concierge@visasignature-mea.com (VISA signature card customers) or concierge@visainfinite-mea.com (VISA Infinite card customers) depending on your card.

• Visiting www.visaconciergecemea.com/landing, navigating to the hotel offer and selecting the “request” option to get VISA concierge to contact you.

Share your itinerary, number of travelers, and the hotel or destination of your choice with the concierge.
VISA concierge will get back to you on your inquiry with a price quote over email or via call as per your choosing.
Once the quote is shared, please call the VISA concierge to complete the payment, share card details over the call with VISA concierge to complete the payment.
Once the payment is completed, you will receive your reservation details.
Customer must be registered with VISA concierge to avail the offer.
All offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers unless otherwise stated.
This offer does not apply retrospectively.
This offer becomes null and void if it has been removed from the BSF website.

How to Register for Visa Concierge

By visiting www.visaconciergecemea.com/landing , sending a WhatsApp message to the designated numbers, or by calling the concierge directly.
Provide your card number on call or if registering online, enter your card number in the provided field to check eligibility of your card.
If eligible, enter your name, email address, phone number and accept the terms & conditions.
Activate your account through the activation link sent on your email address.
Once activated, you will be redirected to another page to set a password and select security questions and answers which will complete the registration process.
Your account is now registered.
