Customers maintaining SR 500K or more:Get 1% of the first 3-months avg. NCBD balance with maximum cap of SR 10,000.
Customers maintaining less than SR 500K: Get 0.5% of the first 3-months avg. NCBD balance

Please note that the above percentages would be applied on the average balances of first 3 months as absolute percentages and not as per annum. First 3 months would be the initial three months subsequent to the joining month.

Reward Type:

Above amount to be paid in BSF Jana points; since each SAR 1 = 100 BSF Jana points so customers can get maximum SR 10,000 = 1,000,000 BSF Jana points.

Effectively, customers would get same number of BSF Jana points as their average balance for the first three months if they bring in SR 500K or more while customers maintaining less than SR 500K would get half the number of points as compared to their balance, as long as they qualify for the campaign.

Customers open / reopen their Islamic current accounts would earn points based on their qualifying segment. The points would be offered as following: Elite plus customers would get 1 million points, Elite customers to get 750,000 points, Privilege customers to get 350,000 points & Advance customers to get 100,000 points.

Q: Who is eligible to participate in the campaign?

A: All those new individual customers who open their accounts and register for BSF Jana during the campaign period would qualify for the BSF Jana points. Those customers whose accounts are closed would also qualify if they reopen their accounts during the campaign period.

Q: What is the campaign period?

A: The campaign period is from June 06, 2024 to August 31, 2024. However, the bank may modify the campaign period at its discretion.

Q: What kind of an account does a customer need to open to become eligible for the campaign points?

A: Customer need to open a current account with BSF.

Q: Does a customer need to apply for participating in the campaign?

A: No, all new customers who open their accounts and register for BSF Jana rewards during the campaign period would automatically be included in the campaign.

Q: How will a customer earn the points?

A: Customers opening their current account during the campaign will earn points based on the average balance that they maintain in their current account in the first three months of opening your account at BSF. The first three months would be the full three months after the month in which they open their account. Customers maintaining average balance of SR 500,000 or more would get the same number of points as their average balance with maximum up to 1 million while customers maintaining from SR 10,000 to less than SR 500,000 would get half the number of points as compared to their balance.

For example: Customer maintaining SR 900,000 would get 900,000 points

Customer maintaining SR 400,000 would get 200,000 points

In case of Islamic current account customer, the points would be based on the segment they would qualify for after three months of opening their account. (the segmentation criteria would be applied for these customers after three months instead of the normal cycle of six months for the campaign).

A: 1 million BSF Jana points are worth SAR 10,000.

Q: When would the customers receive their points?

A: Customers will receive their eligible points once they compete full three months after the month in which you opened or reopened your account. For example, if a customer opened his account on Jun 05, 2024 then after three months of July, August and September, the customer would get his points in October 2024.

Q: How would I get the eligible BSF Jana points of the campaign?

A: The BSF Jana points earned by the customers will be credited to their BSF Jana rewards balance.
