If you are an Android user, we wanted to make it easier for you to login to BSFMobile, by giving you the option to use your device Touch ID/Fingerprint instead of re-entering your login credentials every time you want to access the application.
What is Passcode?
It is a service that allows you to access BSFMobile easily without the need to memorize your username and password, by using 5 digits numbers.
What is Face ID login?
If you are an iOS user, we wanted to make it easier for you to Login to BSFMobile, by giving you the option to use your device Face ID instead of re-entering your login credentials every time you want to access the application.
If I use Touch ID /Face ID to login, will I still need to remember my BSFMobile password?
Make sure to always memorize your login credentials. However, we made it easy for you to access your BSFMobile by using your passcode or Face\Finger ID.
What happens if I change my device?
You are limited to use 2 devices maximum. If you want to use an additional one, make sure to delete one of them before proceeding.
Why can't I use the app on a jailbroken device?
For your safety and privacy reasons, we limited the usage of BSFMobile application on jailbroken devices.
What should I do if my phone is lost or stolen? Could someone access my account?
In case your device was lost or stolen, please call our Fraud Team on 8001241212 immediately. There is a high risk of someone accessing your account if they have your phone.
Will my saved beneficiaries still be available on the new BSFMobile Application?
Yes, all activated beneficiaries details in either BFS Mobile or BSF Online will be available in our new E-Channels.
