The Spend, Spin and Win with Visa activation is subject to change without notice.
The Spend, Spin and Win with Visa activation Terms and Conditions is applicable to individual participants only (not groups).
Dubai Mall reserves the right to modify or discontinue the activation without notice.
Dubai Mall will not be responsible for any technical failures/interruptions, internet accessibility problems, incomplete or inaccurate registration information, or other errors of any kind that may affect your experience at the activations.
The campaign shall be considered void where prohibited by law or upon directions from the governmental or administrative authorities.
By participating in this campaign, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understand, and consent to these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

Dubai Mall shall be sole deciding authority in the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding this campaign and the same shall be binding upon you.

B. Terms and Conditions – Spin the wheel to win:

The Spend, Spin and Win with Visa activation runs from 7 July until 7 November 2023 everyday from 12 pm to 10 pm (during the “Promotion Period”).
Participants must spend a minimum of AED 500 (Eligible Purchase) across any store in Dubai Mall between 7 July 2023 – 7 November 2023 to enter the Spend, Spin and Win with Visa activation.
Guests are only eligible to play the spin game on the date of purchase reflecting on the receipts. Eg. If they spent AED 600 on 8 July 2023 – they get a chance to spin on the same day. It cannot be carried forward.
Each time a participant makes a purchase at Dubai Mall from any retailer during the promotion period, they must validate the receipt(s) at the activation stand (with an “Eligible Purchase”), located on the first floor near Dubai Aquarium.
Only participants who have made an “Eligible Purchase” during the promotion period will be eligible to participate in the activation.
Only receipts that are dated between 7 July 2023 and 7 November 2023 will be accepted.
Participants must present one receipt or multiple receipts that accumulate to a minimum of AED 500, to spin the wheel. The same receipts cannot be validated more than once.
Only once chance to spin can be availed in a day.

C. Eligibility

To participate, the participant must share his/her personal information with Dubai Mall, such as full name as per passport or emirates ID, valid mobile number, valid email, and nationality.
By submitting the required number of receipts and proof of spending, the winner will be chosen by DED and contacted via phone call.
This promotion is open to participants aged 21 years and above only.
Employees of Emaar and their immediate family members, suppliers, agents, and anyone professionally associated with this campaign and prize draw are not allowed to participate in the campaign.
Employees of tenants in Dubai Mall shall not participate in campaign; this extends to include all immediate family members of those employees.

D. “The Spend, Spin and Win with Visa” Prizes:

The prizes will be given away during the Promotion Period of February 7 July to 7 November 2023 for the following-

Kidzania Pass (Parent + Child)

The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
The last day to be entered into the activation will be 7 November 2023, 9.59 pm Gulf Standard Time (GST).

Emaar Entertainment Terms and Conditions:

All tickets issued for Reel Cinemas, Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo, Kidzania, Dubai Ice Rink, At The Top and Sky Views Observatory are open tickets with a six-month validity period from date of issuance. Redeemable any day of the week

Emaar Hospitality Terms and Conditions:

Stay vouchers for Deluxe Room at Address Fountain Views.

Voucher is for 1 night in a deluxe room inclusive of breakfast for 2 people.
Voucher is subject to availability at the time of booking.
Voucher is valid for 6 months.

Spa Vouchers for Address Fountain Views.

One Voucher for two adults with a 60-minute Spa Treatment at Address Fountain Views.
Bookings in advance, included with the SPA facilities (steam, sauna, jacuzzi an experience shower).
Preferred time and date of booking is subject to availability.

Personal Information:

By participating in this campaign, you expressly grant your consent and acknowledge and agree to waive and release your rights regarding the personal information (such as your name, age, nationality, gender, and other personal information provided to Emaar Malls Management LLC and VISA and allow both entities to advertise and announce you as a prize winner across any medium and media including social media, newspapers, magazines, etc).

You further agree and acknowledge to allow Emaar and all their affiliated and companies and subsidiaries to film, photograph, and utilize your image for all marketing purposes across any medium and media including social media, newspapers, magazines, etc. during any of the activities related to the prize draw and award without the need for any further reference.

Governing Law:

This campaign and the procedures associated with it shall be subject to UAE Federal Laws and the law of the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute shall be referred to the Dubai Courts (excluding DIFC courts).
