- Refund and exchange cannot be processed without an original invoice.
- Exchange is allowed within 14 days and refund within 7 days. Purchases will be through point of sales
- Items for refund or exchange should be in their original condition when they were bought, and they are not used, and the outside cover is in its original condition.
- Customer is not allowed to return or exchange any of following products:
- Open packages
- Used products
- Orders installed at the customer site including furniture.
- Delivery and installation are a paid service provided by SACO.
- SACO provides free delivery and installation for selected items in indoor, outdoor furniture and sports equipment.
- SACO provides service of return products transportation with an additional fee.
- SACO enables customers to reserve products provided that the payment is 100% received at the day of order.
- Customers can request to cancel reservation of the product, at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date.
- Customers must collect their goods within a maximum period of 15 days.
- If customers fail to collect their goods within 15 days, SACO has the right to cancel the sales order and resell the product.
- Customers must check the products prior to signing the delivery receipt.
