Credit Card Upgrade Offer

The Upgrade offer is available exclusively to Banque Saudi Fransi (“BSF”) credit cardholders who have received the offer notification via the SMS message on 10 April 2025 and it includes the primary credit card and any supplementary credit cards, if any
BSF will process the upgrade the primary and supplementary card, if applicable, within 5 business days after sending the message, If you wish to opt-out, please inform our customer service at 8001242121.
Your existing credit card will continue to work until you activate the new card.
No changes in annual fees, interest\profit rates and other charges.
The new card must be activated within 3 months from the date of issuance to avoid card closure.
Card will be delivered to the customer address registered with BSF, in case you are not able to receive the new card, we will be sending it to the customer branch to be collected.
Upon activation of the new credit card, the customer must update the card number for any active subscriptions to streaming services, online platforms, or other recurring services linked to the old card.
If the previous credit card was already registered in Apple Pay, the new credit card will automatically be added to the Apple Pay wallet upon activation, and there will be no need to set it up again.
If the cardholder violates any of the terms and conditions of this offer or the terms of the product, BSF reserves the right to disqualify the cardholder from participating and benefiting from this offer.
In the event of a discrepancy between the Arabic text and the English text of these Terms and Conditions, the Arabic text shall prevail.
