This Campaign is valid exclusively for selected Banque Saudi Fransi (“BSF”) Debit cardholders who have received the promotional SMS communication from BSF. Eligibility is limited to recipients of the Campaign notification only.
The Offer may only be redeemed once per eligible customers. Eligible spends from both the primary and supplementary cards will be counted towards the spend target per customer.
The Campaign is valid from 20th August 2026 to 20th September 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Campaign Period”).
To qualify for the campaign reward, eligible customers must spend the minimum amount specified in the promotional SMS using their BSF Debit Card on international Point of Sale (POS) transactions during the Campaign Period.
Only international Point of Sale (POS) transactions with a physical BSF debit card or through electronic wallets such as Apple Pay, Mada Pay, Samsung Pay, or Google Pay are eligible for the campaign reward.
All international transactions are subject to a 2% foreign transaction fee + VAT
Campaign rewards and minimum spend requirements are as follows:

Reversed, canceled, declined, disputed, or refunded transactions will not be considered as qualifying transactions for this Campaign.
The cashback amount will be credited to eligible cardholder’s card account within 20 working days from the campaign expiry date.
Cashback rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be converted into cash or any other form of credit beyond the credited amount.
This Campaign cannot be combined with any other BSF promotions, discounts, or vouchers unless explicitly stated otherwise by BSF.
BSF reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any customer from participating in or benefiting from this Campaign if it reasonable believes that the customer has violated any of these Terms and Conditions, the applicable card product terms, or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.
BSF shall not be responsible for any disputes, claims, or issues arising between the Cardholder and any merchant related to goods and or/ services purchased under this Campaign.
BSF is under the supervision and control of the Saudi Central Bank.
