This offer is exclusive to eligible active and non-delinquent BSF Credit Cardholders who have received this campaign communication and meet the criteria set out below.
Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for the cashback offer, the cardholder must meet the required international spend threshold during the campaign period. Once the threshold is achieved, cashback will be applied on eligible international dining transactions. The spend threshold and maximum cashback cap vary depending on your BSF Credit Card type, as shown below.

Eligible cardholders will receive cashback on international dining POS transactions only — restaurants, cafés, and eating establishments classified under MCC 5812 & 5814 only — made with the eligible BSF Credit Card during the campaign period, provided the required international spend target is met. The international spend target is calculated based on all international transactions (across all categories, not limited to dining). Cashback rates and caps vary by card segment as follows: (Type One): upon reaching a minimum international spend of SAR 3,300, the cardholder will earn 15% cashback on international dining transactions, capped at a maximum of SAR 500 for the entire campaign period. (Type Two): upon reaching a minimum international spend of SAR 2,000, the cardholder will earn 10% cashback on international dining transactions, capped at a maximum of SAR 300 for the entire campaign period.

International Spend Definitions: means all eligible purchase transactions — whether executed via Point of Sale (POS) terminals or online channels — that are either (i) processed in a foreign (non-SAR) currency, or (ii) processed with a merchant located outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, regardless of merchant category. International spend is aggregated across all merchant categories (not limited to dining) solely for the purpose of determining whether the cardholder has met the minimum international spend target required to qualify for the cashback.
International Dining Transaction: for eligible purchase transaction made by the cardholder at a restaurant, café, or eating establishment classified exclusively under Merchant Category Code (MCC) 5812 or 5814, executed via a Point of Sale (POS) terminal at the merchant's physical location only, and either (i) processed in a foreign (non-SAR) currency, or (ii) processed with a merchant located outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Transactions conducted through e-commerce websites, mobile applications, in-app ordering, click-and-collect services, and third-party food delivery platforms (e.g., aggregators or delivery apps) are explicitly excluded and will not qualify for cashback under this offer.
The campaign is valid from 1 July 2026 to 31 July 2026 (inclusive).
Cashback will be credited to the eligible card no later than 30 days after the end of the campaign period, subject to BSF's validation.
Cash withdrawals, transfers, e-wallet top-ups, and reversed, cancelled, refunded, invalid, or disputed transactions are excluded from both the international-spend qualification and the dining cashback calculation.
Spend on both primary and supplementary cards will be combined for eligibility and cashback calculation.
BSF reserves the right to exclude any customer found in violation of the campaign or card terms, at BSF's sole discretion.
In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Arabic versions, the Arabic version shall prevail.
