BSF and Diriyah Company Sign MoU to Enhance Investment Opportunities and Develop Financial and Banking Solutions
Riyadh, 29 September 2026: BSF signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Diriyah Company, aimed at expanding areas of collaboration across investment and luxury real estate sectors and developing financial and banking services and solutions. The MoU seeks to provide integrated opportunities and experiences for the Bank’s Private Banking clients, while supporting Diriyah Company’s efforts to develop one of the Kingdom’s most prominent cultural and historical projects.
The one-year MoU covers areas of collaboration and the development of initiatives tailored to Private Banking clients, as well as the design of integrated investment packages combining Diriyah’s luxury real estate offerings with the financial services provided by the Bank. It also includes the provision of Shariah-compliant financing solutions, the implementation of joint marketing initiatives, and the organization of exclusive events and experiences for clients.

This MoU represents a step toward strengthening integration between the banking sector and major national projects, opening new horizons for investment in support of the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
The Diriyah project aims to attract 50 million visits annually by 2030, accommodate more than 100,000 residents upon completion, create more than 180,000 jobs, and contribute SAR 70 billion to the Kingdom’s GDP. Diriyah will also feature 34 international hotels and resorts, more than 18,000 residential units, as well as seven museums, a university, several schools, and cultural assets.
