  • Welcome Miles:
    1. Are the new updates regarding Alfursan Infinite Card include existing customers?
    They include all customers except the Welcome Miles and annual fees.
    2- Are existing customers who changed their existing credit card to Alfursan Visa Infinite Card entitled to receive the welcome miles?
    No, customers who changed their existing BSF credit card to Alfursan Infinite are not eligible to receive the Welcome Miles. However, the customer will be eligible to receive the quarterly spend bonus Miles upon meeting the spend requirement (spending 45,000 miles and earning 45,000 miles) within each quarter.
    3. Are existing Alfursan Infinite cardholders eligible to receive welcome miles?
    No, customers holding Alfursan Infinite cards are not eligible to receive welcome miles.
    4. Are customers whose Alfursan Infinite Card was cancelled between 2023 and 2024 eligible to receive the Welcome Miles?
    No, only new credit card customers will be eligible to receive the Welcome Miles.
    5. Is a customer who holds any Saudi Fransi Bank credit card entitled to receive the welcome miles?
    No, the customer is not entitled to receive the welcome miles, only the quarterly bonus. If the card is cancelled for more than 6 months, the customer is entitled to receive the welcome miles.
    6. When will the Welcome Miles be credited to customers?
    The Welcome Miles will be credited to the customer's account one month after meeting the required criteria.
    7. What is the minimum spend and benefit from the offer on the Alfursan Infinite Card for customers?
    An amount of SAR 3,000 must be spent within 90 days from the card activation date.
    8. Are the following transactions counted toward the minimum spending requirement (cash withdrawals, cash transfers, bill payments via SADAD, e-wallet recharges, reverse transactions, refunds, and disputed amounts)?
    No, the following transactions do not count toward the minimum spending requirement.

    11. When will quarterly miles be credited to customers?
    Quarterly spend bonus Miles will be credited to the customer's account one month after meeting the required criteria.
    12. Will cash withdrawals, SADAD transactions, and all e-wallet transactions be credited towards miles?
    No, miles are not credited for cash withdrawals, SADAD transactions and e-wallet top-ups. Miles will only be credited for retail purchases.

    No, transactions exceeding the card's credit limit will not be counted toward the quarterly bonus.

    17. Will the customer earn miles when using the card at gas stations and educational institutions?
    Yes, they will earn miles on all retail spend like gas stations, educational institutions, and barber shops.
    18. How are miles deposited?
    Miles will be deposited daily after the transaction is posted to the account.
