  • Quarterly Bonus:
    1. Will the quarterly spending bonus be calculated for existing Alfursan Infinite cardholders?
    The quarterly spending bonus will be calculated for existing customers starting April 15th, 2025.
    2. When will quarterly miles be calculated for customers after April 15th?
    Customer will receive quarterly miles from the card issuance date.
    3. When will quarterly miles be credited to customers?
    Quarterly spend bonus Miles will be credited to the customer's account one month after meeting the required criteria.
    4. Will cash withdrawals, SADAD transactions, and all e-wallet transactions be credited towards miles?
    No, miles are not credited for cash withdrawals, SADAD transactions and e-wallet top-ups. Miles will only be credited for retail purchases.
    5. Will transactions exceeding the credit limit be counted toward the quarterly bonus?
    No, transactions exceeding the card's credit limit will not be counted toward the quarterly bonus.

    6. What are the supplementary card fees for the Alfursan Card?
    The first and second supplementary cards are free, and the third is charged at a fee of 75 riyals.
  • Credit Limit and spend eligibility:
    7. What is the eligible credit limit for the Alfursan Infinite Card?
    The minimum eligible credit limit to be entitled for Alfursan Campaign SAR 30,000.
    8. Will miles be awarded for transactions made over the credit limit of the card account?
    No, miles will not be awarded for transactions made over the credit limit of the card account.
    9. Will the customer earn miles when using the card at gas stations and educational institutions?
    Yes, they will earn miles on all retail spend like gas stations, educational institutions, and barber shops.
    10. How are miles deposited?
    Miles will be deposited to your Alfursan Account on the 4th of every month. 
    11. Are the following transactions counted toward the minimum spending requirement (cash withdrawals, cash transfers, bill payments via SADAD, e-wallet recharges, reverse transactions, refunds, and disputed amounts)?
    No, the following transactions do not count toward the minimum spending requirement.
  • Is the card Islamic?
    The card is accredited by the bank’s Sharia Committee.
